If you lived here, you'd be broke by now.

This is a joke tee shirt.  There's not a Provincetown Real Estate Group.  The tag "We're not just expensive, we're overpriced too!" is a callout of the insane real estate prices in Provincetown and Cape Cod as a whole.  The shirt is a specific connection to the idea that the town needs to do a better job at creating affordable housing for year-round renters.

The blue is more accurate in the second slide;
