PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US

To save time when we send out our online orders, we usually create your shipping label around the time you place your order.  You will get an email saying tracking has been added to your order but it may be in the "shipping label has been created" status up to seven business days after your order.  If it's within seven business days of your order and it says "shipping label has been created," don't fret.  We will pack it up and get it out to you when we are able to (within seven business days).  If you send an email asking for a status update and it’s been before the delivery time mentioned above, I won’t respond.

Do not reach out if:

- You’re looking for a status update on your order if it’s been UNDER seven business days PLUS the amount of transit time it takes for your package to get to you from Provincetown.
- You’re looking for a discount.  We don’t offer discounts to costumers, celebrities, influencers, etc.
- You’re sending us a marketing email.
