F.A.Q.

Where’s your store located?
I’m at 152 Commercial street in the West End of Provincetown.

Besides souvenirs, what else do you sell?
Apparel, fragrances, skincare, rare photography books, antique local Provincetown art, and accessories.

I’m an influencer —
(Interrupts) No, honey.

What does “The Old Baby” mean?
It’s a nickname for the small building the shop is in — 152 Commercial street is a tiny standalone structure that’s over 100 years old.

How long does it take to ship product?
This is all a one-person operation.  I’ll try to fulfill product once a week, but orders may take up to 10 business days to ship depending on how busy the season is. If you are wondering how long it will take to receive your order, the best formula to use is:
10 business days + transit time = when you’ll receive your order.  Depending on where you live, this can take a couple of weeks.

Why don’t you do international orders?
Shipping overseas is complicated, y’know?  Come to Provincetown.

What’s your return policy?
All sales are final; if you’re in town and have an unworn item you’d like to exchange for a different size, that’s totally fine as long as it’s within 7 days of purchase.  All online sales are final.

There’s some stuff not online that I saw on your store — how do I get that?
My online store will only offer a handful of items I carry in the store mainly because of product availability.  My priority is folks who come in my shop.

How many product launches will you do each year?
I do one collection once a year.  New product is released in May and will be available until early November.

How do you ship your items?
All products go in poly mailers. Hats are stuffed with butcher paper and sometimes I include lil’ treats.  :)

Where’s your product made?
Some of our tees are made in Los Angeles, others are made in Honduras and Nicaragua.  All hats are made in China (if you have a good domestic hat maker that doesn’t charge a million dollars a hat and requires a million units for first order, please lemme know!).  Stickers are made in Vermont.
All hats, tags, and tees are embroidered and screen printed in NYC.

All brands we carry have sustainability practices that eliminate waste and pollution and pay their workers a fair wage.  Please do not buy from vendors that are known to pollute the planet.

Do you do sales?
I may do a sale at the end of October, though sizes and styles are very limited at that point (mainly XXL and up).  The only thing I put on sale online is my branded product (tee shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, and hats).

Do you love me very much?
Yes, I love you very much.
